I requested an opinion from the Dept of Neighborhood's and the City Attorney's Office, I was advised to follow our By Laws, as to Zoning Request for both the Meeting and the Zoning Site Hearing next Saturday, our policy per our By Laws that was approved earlier this year are as follows:
10 minutes presentation by applicant 10 minutes questions of zoning committee to applicant focused on the application 5 minutes civic association representative
Public comment speaker slips will be due to chair ahead of meeting to Curtis Davis email@example.com and Beth Fairman Kinney firstname.lastname@example.org should also be copied to provide transparency to when they have been submitted.
